I bought Doodlings Forever. How do I get it on another device?

Open the grown-ups area and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID (iPhone, iPad) or Google account (Android) you bought with. Purchases don't carry over between Apple and Google.

What does the free version include?

Six friends, crayons and markers, the Meadow world with its stories, Peekaboo, talk-back, photo import, bedtime mode, the play timer, postcards and the printable sticker sheet. Doodlings Forever ($5.99, once) adds unlimited friends, every brush, every world, Dance Party, every hat and stories in every world.

My child tapped something locked. Did they buy it?

No. Locked things give a short taste and show an "Ask a grown-up" button. Buying always needs the grown-up question and your store's own confirmation.

Does it work without Wi-Fi?

Yes. Everything works offline, including on planes and in the car.

How do I set a play limit?

In the grown-ups area, choose a daily play timer. When time is up, a sleepy moon winds things down, and only a grown-up can switch it off. Bedtime mode dims the lights and tucks every friend in with a lullaby.

Can I turn off the microphone?

Yes, with the microphone switch in the grown-ups area. Talk-back only listens for a few seconds after the talk button is tapped, and nothing is ever saved or sent. See the privacy policy.

How do I save or print my child's drawings?

In the album, tap a friend's card and then the postcard button. In the grown-ups area you can save every friend as postcards or make a printable sticker sheet (print it at 100% size).

How do I remove a friend?

In the album, hold the trash button on a friend's card. It asks the grown-up question before saying goodbye for good.

Something isn't working

Close and reopen the app first. If that doesn't help, contact us through the developer link on the Doodlings page in the App Store or Google Play and tell us your device and what happened.
